17. It is your responsibility to ensure that any products and accessories (such as marquees, marquee walls, awnings, ballasting bags, flooring) you purchase are compatible. If you are unsure about anything you should contact us before placing your order.
18. It is your responsibility to ensure that any shelters (such as marquees and tents) you purchase are suitable for the conditions under which they are to be used. The rated wind resistance of all our products is listed on the product page. We will not be liable for any loss or damages caused by our products when used in extreme weather conditions or in winds exceeding the rated resistance.
19. It is your responsibility to ensure that all shelters are correctly and safely set up, including appropriate ballasting and tethering. We will not be held liable for any loss, damage, death or injury caused by improper or unsafe use of our products.
20. We endeavour to process all orders in a timely manner, however we shall not be liable for any loss incurred by delays caused by us or any third parties (such as couriers).
